A tree fell on our truck. Our insurance company sent us here and I'm so glad they did. They did an amazing job. The truck looks even better than before the accident. They left the truck very clean on the inside and out and we couldn't be happier with the work done. Customer service was top notch as well.
They need to let the cars that come in and they find out what parts they need, go back to the owner so the owner doesn't have to rent a car. They don't start taking the car apart until the parts are delivered. I rented a car for 4 days and could have driven mine own car. What a waste

May 25, 2023Good Morning Chuck. 1 of our new problems we deal with is we order parts . Parts man tells it how long ,them they don't come in . We call on it to find out its went on back order with no one telling our parts guy. so i return looks like we didn't do our job right. Sorry for the inconvenient Thanks Jimmy

Unbelievable! The opposite of what you get everywhere else. Initial Quote:. $700.00 Went to pick her up - $245.10 I highly recommend Jimmy and the good folks at Professional Body Works!
