Let’s start if with customer service: ever single one of the men I takes to treated me with so much kindness and respect. (Sadly as a woman looking for auto repairs this isn’t always the case.) After asking a few questions to get to the root of the problem we talked about options and I was given the pros and cons of each and was able to make a decision on the repairs for my cost. They worked with me to help make having my car in the shop as convenient as possible. The repairs were done well. I needed a few things adjusted after the original appointment, and the guys were incredibly helpful. They were recommended to my by another shop, and I’ll be going back.

Honest, professional auto service at a locally owned shop. Doug's has done excellent repair and service work to many of my vehicles for more than 35 years. I'll be buying tires this time.
