We found ourselves with a dead tire as we were leaving our hotel. The young man who answered the phone was very personable and said that they weren't busy and would be able to help us (4th of July weekend). We drove over on our donut tire, and they diagnosed it as ruined... unfortunately, they didn't have a new one in stock (it's not a common tire). They fitted us up with a used tire, mounted it, and put it on the car to get us back on the road to see family! The whole team was helpful and friendly. I would give it four and a half stars if it allowed me to. The customer lounge is a bit... run down. However, everything was clean.
