I called John about the transmission on may Escalade. He took my SUV in and did some troubleshooting with their scanner. Told me what the problem was and did not charge me. This was all in short notice, same day! Very great place and people to work with! Definately recommend!

These guys provide excellent service! If you’re needing new tires, an oil change, or a second opinion on a car that has almost 300,000 miles (like I did). John the service manager will shoot it straight with you. I’d rate these guys 6 out of 5 star if I could!
The team at the North Woodlawn location bailed me out of a failed DIY attempt. Dropped the vehicle off late on Wednesday and by 8:45 the next morning, they had my car ready to go….with no criticism for trying to do it myself :) The Expert Auto Center on North Woodlawn will be my go-to repair shop!
