Had a cracked radiator replaced. So far so good! They Also did a rear differential work on my mustang that’s held up great.

I needed some expert advice, which I received a few weeks before I took the car in to the shop. I really needed someone to help me game plan a solution. Once we did that I found the right parts and they installed for me. Very happy.

I went to the 21st location because my driver door would not stay shut. They told me it typically is about an hour of labor and the part if needed. They called me shortly after dropping it off and told me I needed a new latch. That the only way to get it was through the dealer. It was going to cost me nearly $600!! I told them I don’t have that kind of money right now so I cannot have it repaired. He told me I could come get the car in 30 min. I went to pick the car up and he charged me $140.00!!! For taking my door panel off. I was flabbergasted. I didn’t get my door fixed and I was out $140 fricken dollars. Then I have my son in law check around and he can get me the part from Advanced Autoparts for $104…..don’t trust these people. Def don’t think you can take your vehicle in to be looked at and they’re not going to charge you all they can. He should’ve charged me $30 maybe $50 even then. Don’t believe them when they say the part has to come from the dealer!! And get an exact price when u do think you’re just getting a price quote If he had told me it would be $140 I wouldn’t have done it. No one would I’m sure
