When trying to find a trust worthy mechanic, it can be very difficult who to trust. Brett’s Autoworks was the first mechanic shop I have ever been to where they will send you a video of a synopsis of your car. So, if there is an issue or a possible concern, you as the customer can see it as well. For them to be that one and honest really meant a lot. The first big job they did was replace the radiator in one of our cars and they did a phenomenal job. There a business and they have to pay their bills just like everyone else, but they are worth what they charge. You definitely get what you pay for and I’m glad. Would recommend anyone to this service shop.

I supply them with products. I had a break down on I 35. Blown radiator hose. They went out of their way to help me and get a part delivered to me! Extraordinary service made me feel like family. I highly recommend them Tracy and Jeff thank you!

Bret's Autoworks had excellent service and good prices when I needed my side window fixed from a broken power window regulator. I also had them do a tire rotation and oil change.They kept me informed throughout the repairs and they were fast and efficient as they could be with the circumstances of needing to order parts for the window. They also saved me a lot of money by finding a perfect piece of used glass instead of new for the window replacement. I had a much better experience with this shop than the dealer in Olathe and them being so much closer is a bonus. I will be using them again if I need any repairs for sure.

Transparency is their middle name! Super honest and professional. Felt like my car was in very good hands from the moment I dropped it off until I picked it up. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an auto shop to use over and over. Will definitely have them working on all my vehicles while I live here.

They were able to take my truck and make all the repairs in a timely manner. Plus it was the holidays! Thank you! I highly recommend them. We need a shop that will service diesel engine cars. Brett’s is knowledgeable in what our car needs as a diesel and got our oil changed with zero problems. We will definitely bring it back for any maintenance or repairs needed from now on.
