Although I paid them to diagnose bad tires, they properly diagnosed it. Unlike the other mechanic we went to with free diagnostics, we would have dropped 3 times as much and the car still wouldn't have been fixed. I've got no problem paying competent, honest mechanics for their time.

I have used Bret's for scheduled maintenance and unscheduled emergencies. They have always been professional and through. They always show you what is wrong with visual presentations and give a firm estimate for repairs. I would recommend Bret's to everyone.

These guys are so professional and good at what they do. They don't just address the "problem" that you think it is, they go the whole way to check out everything to solve the complete issue. I will go nowhere else for my automobile!

I had Bret’s do a oil change on my car and it was done within the day! Super fast and friendly. Definitely will be returning for them to complete other services. Jeff is always is very descriptive when describing what problems my car has (when it has them) and explains the best solutions for fixing them.

Don't go here if you just want to find out what's wrong with your car. Even though you pay for the diagnostic, they want to be the ones to fix it. I don't like paying 3 to 4 times the price to fix something I can do but can't always pinpoint what's wrong. If it's out of my skill level then they can fix it. I was literally told I wasn't a good fit for them, wow. Guess my money isn't good enough so I'll take my business elsewhere and any recommendations.

Our vehicle broke down on a Saturday in Baldwin. Brett's has been taking care of my in-law's vehicles for some time. Granted it was not a far tow and it was convenient; we blindsided them with a strange car in their lot.I called Monday morning and was treated curtiously and professionally. Our vehicle was back on the streets by Wednesday afternoon;couldn't be happier.

Took my truck in for an alignment. The pointed out a few issues that would have affected the service and took the time to explain why there was a problem. Repairs were completed quickly. Would definitely use them again.

Had a critter make a home in the van, and I was able to drop off the keys before hours, get a video inspection of the van, and the actual cost of the repair came in under the estimate quoted over the phone. Always enjoy the service at Bret's!

This is the first time I've used Bret's to get an oil change, they were very friendly and did the job in about 45 minutes. Was very happy with the service.
