So happy with THIS store. We had just bought tires from another Big O store 3 days ago and were not 75 miles from home and had issues due to POOR install. Nate fixed us up and had us on our way in an hour. Thank goodness there there are good stores out there

Straight forward, great service since I arrived really late in the day and they were busy. When I left, my low tire sensor came on. I called and Nathan told me to come by and they would reset the sensor. I went back the next day and they took care of it in under 5 minutes. Great job Big O!!

The Gardner Big O has serviced the last three vehicles I have owned over the past 8 years with excellent service and professionalism. I have only had one issue in all that time and they immediately fixed the issue at no cost proving their desire for customer satisfaction. The desk staff is always on top of their game and friendly, explain everything, and they do a good job on following up with their work. I have been very happy with their service here and continue to take my cars here for all their oil and tire needs. Certainly recommend them.

My experience with Big O Tires was great from when I called to check availability on a specific tire I was looking for through the pick up. I had all 4 tires replaced on my vehicle. Though they didn’t have the tires I wanted in stock, they were able to order them in for me and made me an appointment to have them installed. The quote was reasonable for the tires with installation, road hazard insurance and taxes. When I arrived it was a very busy place, and when I mentioned I had an appointment and wondered where would be the best place to park, Justin knew exactly who I was and my tire order. I felt they all handled themselves very professionally and were more than helpful and kind. Will definitely be back and recommend to others.
