10/10, came in to get my tire patched up and they put it back on my vehicle for free, didn't try to upsell me new tires and didn't try to tell me anything else was wrong with the car just fixed it quick and I was on my way. Absolutely professional and amazing will Absolutely be going back for my auto issues

The entire crew was excellent, helpful, and professional. Even while they were working out of mobile trailers during facility renovations/construction, my car was done in a very timely fashion. They all deserve raises! I come back here because of the excellent service and good, can-do attitude.

The entire shop was awesome! They discovered an incorrect part had been previously installed (not by Big O) and brought it to my attention. This saved potential damage to my work truck. Once the decision was made to repair it at Big O, they got to work immediately and had me back on the road ASAP! O didn't have to schedule another appointment. They saved us a lot of time! Will definitely use them again!

These guys are great. I bought tires from the dealer I bought my truck from. They balanced them. About a week later, my truck started to shimmy. I took it back to them twice. They couldn't get rid of a shimmy between 64-75 mph. Finally, I went to Big O. They were quick to find the problem. I had picked up a nail that went all the way through and into the tire. It was rattling around inside. Thank you, Big O. Now, I will feel confident about driving to Florida later this month.
