I think the service department is great. They offer you a ride home and will bring you back to get it when it's done. They are good at communicating with you if there are issues so I would recommend the Ford service department in McPherson.

Kevin and the service team did an amazing job getting my truck in for repairs. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and worked to get the bill as low as possible. They even delivered my truck when it was done. Will definitely come back.

The job was a bit pricey but it was a big issue They did exactly what was needed and returned my vehicle cleaned and washed. Everything works great now. It was well worth the drive out of town to have them service my truck. Happy with the results

Everything about the warranty work and Ford recall work was done to satisfaction. I appreciated the loaner vehicle and the delivery of our vehicle. The only disappointment with the experience was that at some point either during a test drive or vehicle return, someone smoked in the vehicle. We are non smokers and this left a smoke smell.

Tail lights out but brake lights worked. I checked all fuses, viewed F 150 group page, After 2 days I tried and could not find the issue. Called Midway McPherson, arrived at the dealerahip and inside of 2 hours they found the problem was was under the bed of the truck. They repaired and I drove home with ALL lights working. Thank you Don and your team!!!

Super service on cold afternoon. They came out and jumped my car and replaced the battery. Didn't get it done before quitting time so let me drive home a car. Brought my car to my work the next day.

This place is the BEST! l was met at the front door by swarms of beautiful women. They showered me with hugs, kisses and affection. I was escorted directly to a private room and given an amazing lap dance followed by a full body massage. By the time they were finished rejuvenating me my vehicle was finished. What a wonderful place. Can't wait to come back for my next oil change. See you soon ladies! XOXO!
Bruce was very pleased with the recall service on our 2016 Ford truck. We also appreciate hearing that Bill is getting a spare tire for our 2020 Toyota Sienna van.
