We bought our CanAm Defender here last year. We had some warranty work scheduled on it. We had an appointment and they got me in on time. Then they let me camp out in the show room and work on my laptop all morning instead of making 2 trips. Very friendly staff and loads of units to look at.

Great people make your business and there waiting to ltalk about what ever you are looking at or trying to find. Was greeted at the door walk into the showroom and meet Kevin from that point any questions I had he knew the answer (which was helped us decide on what we wanted) it was great and we purchased a new polaris ranger Thanks Kevin , Aaron and everyone

Eric did a wonderful job with customer service, with us purchasing a side by side. We talked over the phone and text messages. We drove three and hours because of the customer service. Everyone in the store were friendly and cared about my wife and I as a person not someone looking to buy something. We would recommend the store in Frontenac to anyone. Thank you

Purchased a Jeep yesterday. Was not cleaned prior to advertising for sale. I was a cash buyer and the dealership made me pay $460 in fees for license and oil change. Essentially I got a temp tag that I did not ask for along with 6 "Free" oil changes which I'll never use because I live 2 hours away. Just another dealership scamming customers. When I asked the finance rep who finished paperwork why I have to pay $159 for oil changes and could I get it removed from the price. Responded with "that's how we always do it" typical car dealer stuff.

Stopped in 4/20 looking for a 50cc sales person was super dismissive and rude. Wasn't interested in even helping us order one in found out later they had 4 at their joplin location. Went to Smith's cycle in Pittsburg same evening, had a great sales person went home with 50 and a 4wheeler 🤷♀️

May 25, 2023I’m sorry we did not have a 50cc dirt bike in stock for you. We have placed several orders for these over the past two years and have been unable to receive any from the manufacturer. It has been very frustrating for us as well. We pride ourselves on offering superior customer service and we hope that we can help you in the future.
Good service. The staff was very helpful and walked me through the operation of my new NorthStar. Kevin explained all of the features on my first visit and was there to help load my new machine.
