The whole experience was easy and was exactly what a buyer wants. From the first contact with Kevin in sales to the finance team they all were 5 star do not hesitate to go to this dealership I drove 2.5 hrs and would definitely do it again they have earned a customer for years to come.

Kevin at Jay Hatfield always goes above and beyond to help out when you go into the store. He helped us get our payments where needed and he also marked it sold and moved it to the side to hold it for us! He has called us 2 times after buying the wheeler and made sure everything was working fine and seeing if we had any questions! 10/10 recommend Kevin!

Great, I delt with Caleb , he cut to the chase and tended to business, if he didn’t have the answer he got it for me and got right back to me , never once did I get the run around or waste my time, he took care of everything possible on the phone and short and sweet to do paperwork and on our way

Purchased my first SxS in may and the whole process was super easy, sales person was super helpful and not to pushy. Paperwork went quick and easy and took it home same day. Got into an accident with it a few months later and took it back to them for repairs. I wasn't completely happy when I picked it up and after reaching out to Dale in the Service Dept about my concerns He went above and beyond to get it taken care of properly. I'm very pleased with their customer service.

Had an awesome experience purchasing a Polaris ranger. Eric in sales and his financing manager had me out the door in less than an hour. These guys are the real deal and don’t play any bull$hit, everything was 100% clear on the paperwork.
