After being turned down countless times over and over and losing hope die to having no credit or insurance being to high. Bryan T went above and beyond to help me into the car I wanted in my price range he is awesome and I will recommend him anytime anyone is looking for a car

I've tried getting my car fixed here for months now. They do more damage than good. I've yet to pick up a fixed car from them. Only a bills and more stuff to fix cause their mechanics are a joke and so are the people running this place. The lie, they cheat and they'll steal your money if you let them. Lmao your lucky I've kept my composer with you guys. You replaced the motor twice because why? My transmission is bad now why? It's leaking coolant now why? Now the chk engine light is on again why? I put miles on my car between visits cause it took that long for you to finally address the issue. I don't want an apology from you. I want you to take responsibility for messing up my car beyond repair. So go ahead n tell the people how great your mechanics are. It was a great car till I brought it to you to fix an issue that I've tried addressing since I got the car,before i put 1000 miles on it. It wouldn't matter how many miles I've driven. Fact of the matter doesn't change with mileage. Cause it don't take many to know it isn't right. Furthermore, you never returned a call like you say. You leave a threatening email and tell me I'm beat when I barely got my car home. This is how they've done me everytime I've got my car back with a new issue everytime.

Mr. Roberts, Normally I would apologize for your experience with your numerous visits to our store. I cannot do that in this case. We replaced your engine twice; we gave you a loaner over months of your in/out service visits. We would diagnose your issues, and you would not bring it in for repair, putting thousands of miles on your vehicle between visits (Now with 116,703 miles). You would only return our loaner and pick your car up with us calling you dozens of times. After you finally returned our loaner vehicle, you brought your vehicle in to us AGAIN for a coolant leak. It needed a hose replacement. You refused the repair, left a balance on your account, and left. You mentioned we lied, cheated, and stole from you. Allie at the Chanute location is rude and too pushy. Bought a vehicle based on the service I received from another gentleman there, and she swooped in and took over, much to my annoyance. Ray is super rude. I think these guys forget that there are other dealerships in the bigger areas (Wichita, Joplin, Tulsa) that treat their customers better. We need some more competition in the area. No, you don’t have to rip people off on used cars “due to the market”. No one is telling you what to sell vehicles for. That’s you making extra off the top. I yearn for the day when we can just buy vehicles direct from the manufacturer and not have to worry about dealing with these vultures. We purchased a used vehicle with around 15k miles on it from the Frontenac location and it was a complete lemon. We had the car for a little over a year and traded it in to go upside down just to get rid of it.
