Took my car in for alignment. Said I could get right in since I first customer of day. They said would take about and hour or so.....6 hours later.... Steering wheel still not straight...like wth!!
These guys are the best in the business. They are local guys that offer excellent customer service!!
I was traveling thru Joplin pulling my travel trailer and my wheel bearing started slinging grease. I pulled in to their shop and asked if this was something they could look at? The owner said let me see what we can do. He took his mechanic out there and he fixed it. I asked him what I owe him and he said nothing just be a good person. When my truck needs new tires I am making a trip to Joplin.
These folks are the best!
Family owned. Everyone is very friendly. They're super busy so sometimes you have to wait a bit.
