I'm sorry you feel your vehicle was improperly inspected and diagnosed. We perform digital inspections, providing pictures of all necessary repairs. Your vehicle had extensive damage to the plastic inner fenders leading to water intrusion in the air intake. We took several pictures of your vehicle showing the damage and water in the air intake and engine manifold. If the complete repair we recommended was not performed, your vehicle will likely have the same issue in the future when driven in wet conditions. If only the damaged sensor and air filter were replaced, then repair was not completed properly. Are far as the other things recommended that you thought were unnecessary, there is a picture of the frayed belt and one worn out tire that we assume was not replaced when the other 3 tires were. We do not perform high pressure sales here and after diagnosing and inspecting the vehicle contacted you with the digital inspection and estimates for services. After you declined service, you were only charged the diagnostic fee and no work was performed without your consent. Jeff, Owner
