Wichita Wagyu was a secret gem I stumbled across a couple weeks ago, and I am so happy I did. Barbara is such a sweetheart with the highest knowledge on meats! She is very informative about how her and Clay run their business and the farms they work with. Everything inside is well organized and quite full of all things wagyu. It may be over whelming but trust me, it'll be one of the best dinners you'll ever make. My fiancé and I were fortunate enough to get the Steak Flight Kit they had of their newest item, A5 Japanese Wagyu. With that being said, the photos will do more justice. I recommend coming here for all your meat needs! Very family oriented and owners are the kindest. Please give Wichita Wagyu a try! You won't regret it!

Oh my goodness, we are so thankful Wichita Wagyu has opened! Everything we have tried is delicious and most of all — nothing nasty is added to the meat! Additionally, they share cooking tips with us! So blessed to know these incredible folks! Happy eating!!

We stopped in bought some ground beef and chicken wings. Cant wait to put on the smoker. Great prices and took advantage of the weekly sale. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the burgers they were cooking! We will be back!
