I entered Wichita Wagyu having absolutely no knowledge about their products. Clay took the time to patiently educate me on how their meats compare with the others available around town. Wichita Wagyu has been excellent service and quality since before the store even opened. The selection of meats is vast and the quality is second to none. The owners are very wholesome people with genuine intention of supplying Wichita with the best quality meats you can find. I have tried 5 different high end cuts of Wagyu beef and every single one has been excellent. Highly recommend Wichita Wagyu.

Having access to these type of options is a great opportunity and I speak from experience of trying different Wagyu for all over. Wichita Wagyu brings you multiple choices with a personal connection which is honestly almost unheard of in our area. The Experience of wagyu is exactly that, an experience. I was fortunate to meet the group just shortly before the store Front proceeded and I am excited to see what they do there. You won’t find a group more interested and committed to the customer experience than this one. The meat speaks for itself whether you are a rare or medium plus because you should never go any further, lol. The flavor or a well marbled steak is simply Devine. If you haven’t tried, start with a small chuck steak and strip and work your way up to a Picanha, Tommy, or even the elusive A5. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Wichita Wagyu has done an amazing job at amassing a group of top-tier Ranches to bring a range of top-notch product to market. The storefront has a great location, with Clay and Barb being incredibly knowledgeable on the product and if they don’t have the answer they’re guaranteed to find it. You’re not gonna get a bad steak from Wichita Wagyu!!

It’s great having a wagyu specific location in Wichita where you can look and select the packages you want rather than ordering online. The quality of the product for the price is unmatched. Clay is extremely knowledgeable and friendly!
