Brought my 2010 F150 in for the common spark plug ejected from the cylinder. Not only did the guys there fix that but made multiple calls to inform me of more issues that I hadn't had time to fix. 206400 miles on this truck and running strong as ever. Great people putting an honest days work and being fair with the price. Calling them now for another estimate.

ACE was able to get my truck in pretty quickly compared to other shops. They assessed quickly and informed me of the issue. They also informed me that it would be good to take some preventive action with a clutch replacement on my older truck since the transmission was out to save money on a future issue, which I agreed. They had some supply chain difficulties as everyone is but communicated every step of the way and took actions to improve by utilizing other suppliers. Overall, it was a good experience.
