"Excellent mechanics and customer service." - was my review from 3 years ago. We've had additional car repairs recently at Ace Automotive, and they continue to impress me most importantly with their excellent work, which I don't take for granted because I'm almost 50 and I've had a lot of different experiences at other places. Secondly, they always explain things in a way that I, a car dummy, can understand. Lastly, I feel like, not only can I always trust them, but they're like having a smarter partner in the business of keeping myself in a reliable vehicle. It's amazing having one less thing to worry about.
Besides doing excellent work, they are honest, truly. They care about their customers and the safety of their vehicles.
Good honest people
Ace is where I go for honest, trustworthy, an very competent mechanical work on my car. I have referred them to all who are looking for car repair. They're friendly an what they tell you is true. A honest an competent mechanic is worth their weight in gold.
Easily the best customer service in town. They do fantastic work at a very reasonable price!
Alan and his crew are the best around they were very honest and good to my mother who is now 92 years old!! Can't imagine using anyone else. Top Notch ✌️
If you’re reading this review, USE THIS REPAIR SHOP!! Chances are you’re in the same situation we were in a few weeks ago. Stranded alongside the highway miles from home or anything familiar to us. We didn’t know who to have our vehicle towed to, but the tow truck driver recommended Ace Automotive and I am so glad he did. Joe was very accommodating especially given that our vehicle was towed into the shop over the weekend, and he was done with our vehicle (having had to order parts and all) by Tuesday. He was great about staying in touch with us as well and keeping us updated as to what he found. He was fair to deal with, and even found something unrelated that he said didn’t need immediate attention, but recommended we not wait too long. Many thanks to everyone at Ace for getting us back on the road!
