Staff hours is trash, got there @9 to get day passes. Waited till 10 and the staff aren’t even there yet

This is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to, & it ain’t close. The equipment here is top notch. The place is kept clean. The community here is welcoming (members of the gym AND the staff) & encouraging. The gym also has a great mix of more serious lifters and beginner-intermediate level lifters as well, so everyone should feel welcome & invited.

Definitely recommend checking this gym out. It's a locally owned gym and he keeps it maintained. He also keeps updating and bringing in new equipment. Check it out!

Love this gym! Some of the coolest equipment I have ever used and the staff is awesome. Highly recommend this place for bodybuilders/powerlifters or even just an average gym goer looking for a place to call home.

This gym has the coolest people and the coolest name. The environment is awesome and they’ve got all the equipment you need. The place is very clean and the people were super helpful. 10/10 experience

This place is phenomenal. I’ve started personal training with Holly 6 weeks ago. I have some medical considerations that she’s more than willing to help me work past and work around. I’m feeling strong in ways I never have before and I’ve run many half marathons and participated in other endurance events previously. The gym itself is clean, welcoming and non-judgemental. There are all different body types and personalities, but everyone is kind. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help. I’m so thankful for the body shop!
