Due to personal circumstances I couldn't stick with this gym beyond two weeks. The management was super accommodating about it. Excellent customer service. I'd recommend this gym to anyone serious about strength training. A lot of excellent equipment and 24 hour access. Definitely check it out if you're in the area.

I can’t say enough about this gym, the staff and the members. I joined about 5 months ago with Holly as my personal trainer. She is absolutely amazing and so supportive, I have already signed up for another 6 months with her! Not only are you joining a gym, you’re joining a community that truly cares for you! I’m so glad to be apart of the Body Shop family!!

Great gym. It’s a no-frills, functional space with excellent equipment. Bodybuilding and powerlifting focused. Staff are all super friendly, 24 hour access is crazy convenient, and there are energy drinks in case you forget your preworkout. The fitness level of the members here is high, which makes for a motivating environment. 5/5 would recommend.

The Body Shop has been a great help to me getting back into the routine of working out. After leaving another gym several years ago, the Body Shop staff and trainers make it easy to get back into the swing of working out. I don't feel intimidated by not being a body builder when working out, and the staff are helpful, kind and friendly. Training and bootcamp have been fantastic!
