As most of you know buying a car is a long strenuous process. I was shopping for a vehicle for months prior to making my purchase. Once I finally narrowed my search down I talked to Jesse to give him a breakdown of what models I was interested in… that’s all it took. He did the rest! He wasn’t pushy, he was extremely informative, he listened, paid attention to every detail I was looking for, and delivered! Made the purchasing process a breeze!

My middle daughter was ready to buy her first "new" car. We looked and priced in our region but all the dealerships around us were marking up the price of the Kia Tellurides by $4K-9K for "market adjustment". I've never paid MORE than the sticker price so we kept looking. When I reached to Kia of Dodge City, I spoke with Jesse Torres. Jesse is in sales and he took the time to answer ALL my questions concerning the Tellurides then he informed me that we could just ORDER the exact vehicle we wanted and the price would be the manufacturers sticker price. NO ADJUSTMENTS AT ALL!! We did this and placed our order in early August. Jesse said it would likely take 2-3 months for the vehicle to arrive and it only cost me $500 to "hold" the vehicle (which they applied towards the vehicle payment if we wanted it. If not, they would refund to us). He called me Oct 23 and we made the drive (4 hours) to Dodge City the next day to look at it and see what they would offer for a trade in. Once we test drove the new Telluride, they made me an offer for the trade in. We accepted the offer and the ENTIRE buying process took only a few hours. Jesse and the finance guy, Cody, were very transparent, open and honest with everything they told us. I honestly feel we were paid a fair amount for the trade in and we were able to finance with Kia of America for a very fair price! Even though the dealership is 4 hour away, I can promise that I will make the trip again when we decide to buy another vehicle!! I highly recommend giving them a try!! Oh... and my daughter absolutely LOVES her new Kia Telluride!! THANKS JESSE AND THE ENTIRE KIA OF DODGE CITY TEAM!!

Dwight and his team in the service department did an incredible job of taking care of our Seltos in an emergent situation. My husband and I were traveling cross country when our check engine light came on, without an appointment they were able to take care of multiple issues and grant us peace of mind for the remaining miles we had to travel. I came to buy a 2024 kia seltos. I hated the whole experience it went down hill when I wasn't informed of my apr and almost signed for a car with a 9.8% INTEREST RATE. I have an average of 750 on my credit. I know credit is high now but dammmm. And it seemed immoral to me to not tell me what I was getting before I sign. They reduced my interest to a 6.99 the next day and told me a mistake was made while running my credit. I will never buy a car from dodge city kia. I originally talked to Giselle and I would of bought the car from her. But I got a call from Jesse saying he was my car salesman. I had never met him. Cody was the finance person. I hated the whole experience. Why would you call me to come get the car and have it on the showroom floor. I couldn't even test drive it. So I had no emotional attachment to it. And what really set it over the top was when Jesse tried to use a scare tactic to get me to buy a car. He told me my credit would go down about 100 points in 30 days if I didn't buy a car because I was already approved for the loan. Please do your research people. 🙏 Don't let them lie and force you into a car deal that isn't good for you. I would of paid close to 12000 dollars in interest on a car that was 32000.

The guys at Dodge City Kia got us into a newer vehicle, her dream car, and did it in a professional, courteous and timely manner. Will definitely come back when we are looking again.

Definitely recommend buying a car with Kia! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Jesse is a wonderful salesman, he informed me on all the features of the cars I was interested in and was genuinely invested in helping me look for my perfect car.
