Everyone was nice and friendly. They were nice enough to put my spare back on, but it was upside down, I redid when I got home. Also, the hub/lugnut covers weren't put back on, and my mirror wasn't pulled back out. Overall tires are good and service was a little slow, but they were busy.

Burnett is amazing!! Unexpected emergency . . . car wouldn't start. Burnett recommended a tow company, and also said they could work on it tomorrow. Had called them after 6 o'clock closing and still managed to have someone answer. Car was towed at 8 AM the next day. Burnett was able to put in the new starter and my husband was able to drive himself home. Thank you so much, Burnett.

Burnett staff have always been competent and honest in evaluating and explaining condition of our vehicles. Cesar was clear without being condescending in going over details about my Mazda this week, and the service was completed efficiently and at a fair price.

We came in yesterday due to issues with a flat tire and a lug nut that was fused in place. After a long day of waiting for roadside assistance and getting towed we were grateful for Burnett to be able to get us in and fix the issue. They had to order a part so we went and had lunch nearby. But even with ordering the part they were able to get us in and out in about two and a half hours. Jim was the one who helped us and he was super helpful. He was reasonable and fair in his assessment. He didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need. Overall, it was a 5 star experience and we are SO GRATEFUL that they were able to get us in on the same day and get us out the door.

Dropped my car off yesterday for brake replacement and it was done the same day! Beyond being fast, they're also very skilled and talented. I've only used them one other time for a tire replacement, but they're my go-to shop from here out!
