The problem was diagnosed and we discussed solutions. They were very knowledgeable and everyone was very courteous. This was my first time taking a vehicle there, but I will definitely use them again.

Went in expecting to replace brake pads. Technicians inspected and deemed them fine and didn’t try to upsell sell us on getting new pads & rotors replaced. Appreciated the honesty. Will be bringing vehicle back for future maintenance

Before moving to KS, Honda Central MO only serviced my car. Once I moved to KS, (past 4 years) Burnett’s is the only company to service my vehicle. The personal care provided is above and beyond any dealership. They provide shuttle services if car is dropped off, they will provide maintenance warnings in time for planning without pressure to service now. The staff is consistent in quality and concern. Customer wait area is clean and welcoming. My car care comes first, however I believe a clean customer area reflects the garage area. Clean and organized. All things much appreciated.
