My thanks goes to Nick the gentleman who hauled the expedition to the farm after it broke down on Jeff on his way to school, and where he unloaded it was the perfect place thank you so much.

These guys put a bad name on honest body shops. My mother in law had these guys work on her truck and when we got her truck back there were pieces missing and stuff stolen off her truck. She drove her truck back to Arizona but it didn't even make it and she had to have it towed from 50 miles from the Arizona New Mexico state line all the way to Phoenix. They didn't change or check the radiator or the AC lines which were damaged in the accident so if anyone knows what it's like to be broken down on the side of a busy highway in 112 degree weather you could understand. Her and her sister and 5 dogs got very sick from heat exhaustion for a few days after they got home and unfortunately my mom lost 1 of her fur babies. So don't go to these guys unless you need air in your tire or something small

Wish I would have gone to a different body shop. The work done on my car looked absolutely careless/unprofessional and was not worth what I was charged. Would NOT recommend.

A+ shop! They're friendly and knowledgeable, and if I lived here instead of passing through, I would go here for all my auto body work, without a doubt. Thanks so much guys!

On my way back to Texas, I hit a freaking deer north of Dodge City. Managed to get to town and booked a hotel room near Bailey's. Read the reviews, and the Hotel overnight guy recommended this place. I showed up and was concerned about getting to my rental car, they gave me a ride over to get it, I didn't realize it till later that it was the actually owner to drove me over there. Talk about service. He walked me though the process of working with the insurance company, they actually helped me remove the bike rack and personalized plates as he thought the car might be totaled. After making sure everything was good to go, I finished my 7 hour drive home in the rental. Bailey's worked with State Farm and after a couple of supplementals, they finally totaled my car. Thank you for taking care of me.
