Had my vehicle repaired there after being plowed into by a deer. Got the car back today. They ordered in the wrong drives door glass and told me i would need to take to have tinted, if I wanted it tinted, at my own expense because of thier incompetence. This vehicle came factory tinted on all windows and the shop will not make it right. Want original glass not an aftermarket tint job. I will not recommend this shop to anyone. In response, I bought this vehicle with less than 100 miles on it and all the windows came factory tinted. It is quite disheartening to bring it for repair and receive it back with a mismatched set of windows. Your lackadaisical attitude about this situation is what got you the drop in star.

May 25, 2023Hi Janica! As we stated over the phone, we are unable to offer tint services as we cannot do that at our shop. On the copy of your estimate you can see that we did not figure tint and that you were never charged for it. Both of your glasses were broken out which would mean that we cannot put your original glass back into your door. The glass that we ordered from our parts company is factory, that is the reason for the not matching tint. Factory tint comes with the back windows tinted the darker color and the front windows tinted the lighter color! You can contact who you bought your vehicle from to verify that information if needed.
