I was an automotive technician in Florida for 10 yrs, these guys tried selling me lug nuts because they and I quote "were swollen" when I asked them to define swollen lug nuts he tells me the tire guy could not get the lug nut out of his socket. Lmfao then use the proper size socket I told them. Swollen lug nuts I've never in my 10yr career heard that term before.
Got me fixed up with a new pair of tires. Thank you
All I needed was two tires balanced, I called ahead to ensure it would be able to be done in a quick and timely manner. Arrived and released my car to the service at 2:15 and was assured would be a quick turn around as only balancing the two tires. An HOUR AND A HALF later I was finally returned my car. Absolutely disgusting with the service I received and will be sharing this review everywhere possible!
I walked in 20min before closing and was told "We don't have time for an oil change". Working in retail myself I understand that I was being a bit of a jerk coming in that late, However I was there within normal operating hours so I don't feel that I am being too unreasonable and I was planning on tipping whoever did the job 20$ for accommodating me. Also this is the only oil change place open past 5 and due to work/family schedules getting there before 6-630 is not possible. This is where I normally get my oil changed and have came later than I did to day and have still gotten service. But today I was turned away. I never thought I would live to see walmart refuse a sale.
