All I can say is do not go to the automotive part of this Walmart it ain't worth a s*** the people do not work they stand around and don't get anything done they told me it would take 2 hours for me to get a tire changed on a wheel that I rolled in there
Nice people but crazy slow, no sense of urgency & people walking in circles half the time. 3 hrs for an oil change, what is even that? Job done well but don't come here expecting quick service or if you got any plans for after. About what you should expect from a Walmart auto center tbh.
Waited for 4 hours for an oil change. Finally got a text that they had started on it and then a call saying they were done and when I showed up to get my car they still weren’t done and had to wait for another 30 minutes to an hour. Guy at the desk was rude about it and they don’t seem to care at all. Might as well spend and extra $10 and go to quick lube.
Got to the auto center just before 4pm. They don’t close until 7pm. Was told they can’t do no oil change because they changing tires. But they only get one car in the bay. Plus having 4 workers back in the shop. What a sad place this location is. I guess it takes 4 people to change tires on one car. Plus they still 3 hours to closing. They need new management for the auto side.
