There's a difference between being a pushy salesman, and actually trying to earn someone's business. If a vehicle has been on your lot for 30-60 days plus, you should be negotiating to get it off the lot. Negotiating isn't a bad word, especially in sales. The other thing is, when I'm calling your dealership and no answers and the calls go straight to voicemail, that's saying something. I can't put all the blame on Jesus, and I actually blame the leadership at this dealership. Anyone looking to spend north of to spend north of 70k for a vehicle should have your undivided attention. This is coming from a business owner! Thank goodness I didn't waste a 5 hour drive to this dealership. By the way, another local business to you guys (in the car industry) warned me about your dealership. Glad I took his advice. Do better!!!

I posted the review below a little over. 2 months ago and thought I had the problem resolved. Just got another email. Asking me if I want to sell or trade in a vehicle I DO NOT OWN ANYMORE,,,,, it is scrap now!!!! I guess my only option is to unsubscribe which is unfortunate that I have to do that in order to not be harassed about them buying a car from me that I do not own anymore Here was my old review. If I could give them another 1 rating I would — I was very happy with the cars I have bought from them. Unfortunately one of them was totaled. After telling them I no longer have the car they finally quit calling me asking to buy it back/trade in but they keep sending me emails asking to see what it is worth. Every email I get from them reminds me I do not have that great car anymore. I have called them many times and told them I am fine receiving emails but to remove the specific car and the emails just keep coming. So at this point I would say they have poor marketing tactics and therefore the negative review Maybe this will get someone’s attention
