Well I a bought a mdx from them. When I test drove it seemed great but I also was distracted asking sales man questions and was distracted. It drove really good. I really like the car. I'm part at fault not testing everything as buyer like the tail gate etc.. well immediately (with in 30 minutes )after I bought the car, I noticed there was clanking sounds when i was driving in a parking lot to get food. Sounds like the joints are not good. I then noticed when I got home that night the tail gate sounds like it may be going out. I also noticed the alignment is off a little as well. I scheduled an appointment and I hope they will do the right thing. It has yet to be 30 days since I bought it but seems like the inspection report they completed may have been pencil whipped. If they do the right thing I will change my review and update it. I love the car but hate having some many problems as soon as I drive off the lot. I trusted the dealership and which lead to me no conducting a thorough check on my part. Fingers crossed on my appointment this week. Update 3/27/24. Well I am very pleased. They took ownership of their mistakes and did the right thing. Also was very professional even with me being upset. I really appreciate a company and dealership doing the right thing. It goes long ways and I very much appreciate it. Thank you

Shane and Daniel made me feel very comfortable and having no pressure let me have an easier time to decide on my new car. They took their time with me and were so polite. Got my last 3 vehicles at Walzer . I will be back!

I recently bought an antique Mercedes. A few months after having the vehicle, it developed a battery draw. My local mechanic told me I would have to go to the dealership to repair the car. I took my car to Wasler and they did find a battery draw. They quickly repaired the problem and returned my car. However, as sometimes happens with antique vehicles, there was more than one problem and a second battery draw. I sent the car back to Wassler with concerns about paying for diagnostics twice. I discussed those concerns with Hunter who went above and beyond to make sure that my car was thoroughly inspected and completely repaired. I was not double charged. Hunter also made sure that I did not have to spend extra time messing with car repairs. They picked up my car and returned it. They also offered me a loaner car when my car was in the shop the second time. I think this kind of customer service is rare in today's world. I was both surprised and impressed by the treatment I received at Wasler. I highly recommend it. I would take my other vehicles there, but it is my understanding that they only work on Mercedes.

We purchased a used 2023 Honda Odyssey (only 80 miles on it) from Walser. We are not only happy with the vehicle, but Ellen Franklin (dealer) was wonderful to work with. She made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us with the purchase. We even had to have the paperwork re-done for a change we wanted and took care of that for us. We will definitely go back to Walser and request Ellen for our next vehicle purchase.

Low pressure. Nice vehicles. I haven't purchased yet, but I would not be nervous purchasing from them

Bought a used 2022 AMG Mercedes GLE 53 Coupe with less than 30k miles in January. Drove from KC to Wichita to purchase. On my way home the car overheated twice, within a few days the check engine light came on so had to take it to a Mercedes dealer. While in the shop I was told the right rear tire needed to be replaced due to an internal puncture that was not repairable (cost me over $800). Car has been back in the shop twice now. In addition to this the dealership made some error on paperwork and has been hounding me after the fact to fix their issue. Overall not happy with the quality of the car and feel like they did little to no inspection. If you are going to buy a used car from this place be very careful.
