We’ve had several mechanical repairs at Thurston’s. Our experience with them: friendly, honest, reasonable, helpful, reliable, good work and won’t try to sell you what you don’t need. We’ll go back when the time arises.

Words can not express our appreciation to Thurston's for the great help they were. We were passing through from KC to Wichita and were involved in a car/deer accident. We limped into Emporia with our rear bumper area flopping in the breeze. Thurston's interrupted their busy day and without hesitation came out to assess our situation and patch up the bumper so we could be on our way. They are respectful, competent, courteous and went out of their way to assist us. We'd give them 10 stars if we could! THANK YOU!!!

Beth and Jessi were the bright spot in our frustrating experience of a car wreck. They were super helpful, when it felt like nobody else in the process was. We would certainly use them again. We are from out of town, but wrecked near Emporia, which added to the difficulties... but even though it's unlikely we'd need their services again, they treated us as if they wanted us as customers for life.

I had an issue where my window wouldn't roll up and the forecast was full of rain. I wasn't familiar with Thurston's but called because the shop I was familiar with was backed up. They asked me if I could stop by for a quick diagnosis, identified the issue, and found the part in town. They told me they could get to it first thing in the morning despite having plenty of other work in the shop. I dropped my truck off at 7:00, and picked it up at 8:30 with a smaller bill than they estimated. I'll definitely be back when I need more work done.
