While passing through the area on vacation earlier this week, I became concerned about my tires. I went to this shop and their service greatly exceeded my expectations. They were already busy, but if I was willing to wait they would help me out. Within 20 minutes the owner was checking my tires, offering information and advice and I was once again on my way with sufficiently inflated tires and peace of mind. He made the choice to work me in and wouldn’t accept payment for his services. I had already stopped at a competing shop and they made a different choice and turned me away. The owner and those working with him are gems. I’m so grateful for their service and kindness and the choice they made to help a stranger just passing through.
T & D Tire is amazing! I found a screw in one of my tires and called to see if they would get me in first thing in the morning (on a Saturday) and they were more than willing. The customer service was exceptional by the woman that works in the front as well as all the ones that work in the shop!
I love these folks. I was at work and someone told me that I had a flat tire. I work in El Dorado and live in Wichita. I know nothing about flat tires. I totally freaked out. I called T & D and they said if I could get my car to them they would take care of me. And that they did. Turns out my valve stem was messed up. They fixed it in like a minute and refused payment. These guys are the best of the best.
