Just want to thanks Travis and the team for getting me set up with some new tires and alignment! These guys do great work and do it fast.

Thanks to Big O Tires. Car had a flat tire coming through Kansas City from out of town after hours. Big O was able to talk to me first thing in the morning, fix us up with a new tire, and have us back on the road by 8:30am. Appreciate the quick service. Made a difficult situation easy.

Went in for a repair on a day where the snow was starting to come down. My tire has a nail stuck in a place where repair wasn't an option but I was still under warranty. They didn't have the replacement in stock that day so they got me back on the road so I could return when the tire was in stock a couple days later. I returned and they quickly replaced the tire and they even followed up with me later through text messages. I've been getting tire service here for more than 10 years now and they never disappoint.

5 Stars. 10/10 would recommend. I showed up with a very flat tire at like 6:15 on a Wednesday night as they were about to close for the day. They were kind enough to look at it, recommend replacement and even put my spare on for me. Had a set of tires in the next morning at 8am and had me back rolling by midday. Front desk person coordinating it all was very good.

Walked out of work Saturday to a flat tire, so Monday I went to Sam’s to get a new one. I’ll tell you they informed me they couldn’t get the tires I needed for my car because they don’t exist. Frustrated I walked out and called Big O which I talked to Joe and he told me those tires are hard to get but that he could order them for around $150. He then went on to explain that there was another tire that fit my car that I could change to, which would allow me to find them easier. Got to the store and figure out they had an option for $79.99 or $99.99 and it was recommended I did the $79.99 but they only had 2 tires in that price but I really needed the 4 to get an alignment done. Joe hooked me up and price matched all 4 tires of the $99.99 down to $79.99 and got me an alignment. Having to change all 4 plus and alignment and all fees it brought me around $570 which was better than I would have expected. A day later I got a follow up from Travis making sure everything was going good. I’ll say from this experience I will definitely being returning. Thanks for getting my car going again!

12/14/23 Made an appointment to see what's the cause of my rear right tire causing floor vibration. I assumed I needed to rotate my tires and get them balanced. The issue was me needing to replace the back tires. Took about 30-40minutes. I was in and out. 11/09/2023 Called early in the morning around 8:15am to get a price quote. The pricing was much cheaper than what the dealership charged. Arrived soon after the phone call. Two front tires and an alignment. I didn't have to wait long. Good customer service I recommend this location.
