Out of town had a flat tire . Joe C. Was very accommodating on getting the new tire on quickly and the price was reasonable. The staff was nice recommend this place .

Travis and his team went out of their way to get our truck in and fixed. They were friendly, quick and efficient. It was especially helpful as we were from out of town!

Always do a great job and fair prices

We sometimes look at a service as an expectation that comes with the product we purchase. However, in the past few years we have become disillusioned with self-checkout lines, some businesses and utility services implementing “convenience charges”, and a businesses employees acting like they are doing you a favor. I recently hit a pothole and got a flat tire. I changed the tire myself. Normally I go elsewhere for tire service, more out of habit than anything else but I was near the Big O Store in the Legends. They seemed busy but I went inside to make an appointment and they said they could take care of me now. They made suggestions, not to make themselves money but to help me with my tire replacement strategy. In addition, forgetting that I had Purple Heart license plates they simply told me they were giving me the veterans discount, something I often forget to ask any business. The wait was only about 30 minutes in a comfortable chair and the staff was friendly, even offering some bottled water. When I got my car back the tools used when changing the tire, I just threw them in the trunk however they were put neatly back in place and I didn’t have to do anything but drive away. I didn’t realize that over time I have been conditioned to accept a different kind of service over time and perhaps many others have as well, services that are not very customer focused. Although I am disappointed about getting a flat tire this experience with Big O Tires made me realize the service I have been missing, exceeding my expectations. I found a new tire service for both my cars today that I believe I will stay with. So, although not happy about getting a flat tire, I learned of a business that gives great service that I will continue to use.

I use Joe at Big O for all my alignment jobs for my work. When I needed new tires for my personal vehicle he took very good care of me and I was able to get it back within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend using them!
