I came in thinking I had a bad catalytic converter ($600 repair) and Nick and crew did a diagnostic test and found it was an ignition coil ($35 part). They were fast, friendly, and very communicative! Thanks Nick & crew! 👍👍

Went to this shop for an oil change and filter and to get the fluids topped off because I had a coupon for 19.99 saying that this was what it would cost to do these services. After nearly an hour of waiting for the service to be completed, I was presented with a Bill for 29.99. I don't think they charged me right, if you're going to have coupons printed then charge what the coupon states. Also my fluids were not topped off like the coupon said. Will get my vehicle serviced where I normally do for now on because they stand behind their coupons.😡

Nick was amazing. I was from out of state and my brakes failed. I went to Firestone first as it was closest. However they kept insisting that they could not find anything wrong with my brakes. I was uncomfortable because my brakes did not work earlier and I did not want to get on the highway to drive 200 miles when I knew the brakes had failed earlier. I called Nick at Meineke and explained to him what was going on. They got me right in and found the issue with the brakes and got it repaired same day. Amazing experience!

I was very pleased with the excellent service that I received at meineke on north woodlawn. I was only going to use them to recharge my AC but was so impressed with the professionalism , knowledge base, courtesy and pricing that i have decided that these guys are now MY MECHANICS. They explained things in detail and answered questions about the future work that I want to have done. I will definitely be going back.
