Shout out to kammerer for the petty award of the day. I was at the studio next door trying to be as respectful as possible sharing a parking lot already with them with all of our vehicle and a jar of pickles fell out when grabbing items out of my vehicle. Since the studio is a time limit and the glass and food was by my truck I left it to clean after the photos. When I came out the mess was cleaned up I looked around to try and get ahold of someone to tell them thankyou then I realized they cleaned up the mess glass and all and threw it all in the back of my truck. Absolutely uncalled for.

Worst body shop experience ever. No contact from the shop during the duration of the repairs, and they did not follow through on the original estimate, cutting corners while all along blaming the delays on my insurance company. Staff was rude and condescending in their response to my initial concerns.

Called three times to get a windshield replaced. The glass person was never in. I left a message each time no one ever called back. When I called and explained to Julie that I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a windshield, she told me maybe I should go somewhere else since they won’t call me back. Sent email to Dan no response. They used to be much more responsive

Had them work on a previous vehicle for me. Asked them to give me an estimate on a paint refinish. Person on phone was rude and hung up. Called back and receptionist wouldn't give any helpful information

Dan was the person we spoke with. He was very helpful and offered suggestions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with auto body repair.
