Can no longer use this garage. The prices for diagnostics are outrageous. 🙁

May 20, 2024Thank you for your feedback. We always take any concerns to heart. Our labor rates have changed from when we previously performed a diagnostic on your vehicle 3 years ago to keep up with costs that inflation has impacted. At the time of your recent visit, our labor rate for diagnostic had changed to $110.00 per hour which was discussed prior to any work being performed. We never want to be a shop that surprises a customer with a bill, so we did obtain prior approval from your husband for the 1 hour of diagnostic we performed. We hope this clears up any confusion.

Ryan has been working on my vehicles for as long as I’ve been driving. His dad worked on my family’s cars when we were both kids and set the standard for being fair, honest and knowledgeable, which Ryan adheres to today. You can trust him to not give you the run around, he’ll give you his honest opinion about what can and cannot (should and should not) be done to a vehicle, and you cannot beat the quality of service. I don’t trust anyone else with my cars.
