I took my 2002 f150 4x4 to them to get a hand full of repairs done and the biggest of the repairs was a new heater core they also replaced the intake manifold gasket and said they would also repair the 4x4!!! Almost 3000$ later and the replacement heater core failed after a month!!! the truck still had a miss fire and the 4x4 was never repaired I will never take another vehicle to this shop and I highly recommend others stay away as well

Feb 24, 2024Hi Daniel. After reviewing your work order and your review. This job was done 9 months ago from the time you posted this review. But You do have a parts and labor warranty. Meaning any part installed by us that fails is replaced at no cost to you. Also after reviewing phone records you’ve never reached out to let us know you had issues before decided to bash us on the internet. Being a family owned shop we try to treat everyone like family and would have been happy to take a look into why you were still having issues with your 2002 f150. Especially since part failures do happen even if they are new. We will be waiting to hear from you.

We are sorry that trying to save you money by telling you to take it back to the previous shop you were at and warranty your part upset you. Not to mention you were not charged at all when you returned stating it was still acting up. Management has been informed of your review and waits your phone call.
Best shop I’ve been to amazing people and amazing mechanics. I travel for work and any time I have a issue I come to them for any type of issues or questions I have.

Horrible Horrible service!!! A bunch of overcharging on labor for minimum work!!! Don’t waste your time or money at this place!!! I have a meeting in the morning with my attorney to get a lawsuit going!!! By far the Worst car shop in town!!!

Dec 24, 2023We are sorry you feel wronged. We have tried to make things right by giving you free labor after replacing a sensor did not fix it. Intermediate issues are hard to fix after it was at a different shop before coming to us and their new parts fail. We will wait to hear from your lawyers.

Guys went above and beyond when I broke down west of atchison stayed after hours to make sure we could atleast get truck into town for repairs...very satisfied and will definitely use again going forward
