Do not trust them what so ever!!!! Took my jeep grand cherokee in for a alignment and inspection. And they lied about everything! They were absolutely wrong about what was wrong with it and were gonna charge me over 1500 dollars for parts I never needed. When all that was needing to be done is replacing the power steering pump because it had a visible break in the pulley that attaches the belt to the pump.. and that's why there was play in my steering wheel due to being cracked and getting air in the system... worst shop I've ever been too! And if they didn't lie then there absolute idiots to not see that!!!!!! Also my car was not nearly in as bad shape as when I brought it there then when I left!!!! I really hope u all get your karma!!!!
Be careful where you take your car. I came here with a heater not working and got charged $255 to diagnose an actuator and a blendoor it was going to cost $650 due to financial problems I kind of backed off. Then I brought it back to get it done. But they quoted me $1600 to have the work done. They argued they had to take all the AC apart recollect coolant and who knows what else. But on their ticket it was the same parts. I believe they just didn't want to do the work but they could of just said we are not interested in the work.
Took 7hr to change sparke plugs and oil change. And never called to tell when the car was done. Bad experience will not recommend or go back!!!!

May 25, 2023Keaton, Your mother had requested we called her and we did when the car was finished and she said she would call you and you would pick up at the end of day. We were not aware that we needed to call you directly. The job was actually finished in much less than 7 hours and we did call the number as directed when the car was dropped off. I apologize for any miscommunication that may have resulted in your dissatisfaction.
