Went in for tire patch and bulb replacements....bulbs got replaced and thankfully due to their honesty tire didn't need fixing. Very courteous, honest, and professional.

I want to personally thank you Ark City for taking care of my daughters truck. She was driving back to OU from Missouri when she started having car trouble. She stopped at a different mechanic who told her the problem was her throttle body, but he could not get the part until the next day. He got her going temporarily, but she started having problems sooner than he predicted. She stopped and we had her truck towed to Ark City. For no other reason it was open on Martin Luther King Jr Day. Towing took so long she arrived after hours and dropped it off. They went to work on it the next day. They discovered that the throttle body was not the issue, it was actually something else. They got her fixed up the same day. Great work, and friendly knowledgeable mechanics. Highly recommend.
Tom and his crew are GREAT. When they say they can do it, they get it done right. I've been going here for years and they have always treated me right. Give them a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed!!
