I want to thank you so much for towing our car after a flat tire. The response was fast after AAA dispatch the call. On 5-21-24
A sincere thank you to Will who responded to a AAA dispatch for our flat suv tire outside of Emporia! His efforts to change the tire, tow us to Emporia (and later home to Manhattan), and give us other options on a Saturday late afternoon are greatly appreciated!
My steering tire blew out and I was waiting for road service but the cop that came decided to call towing company. Of course they showed up before road service. Initially I was told that to hook my truck and tow it gonna cost me 545$. And up charging 1500$. I have 2024 freightliner and excuse that he gave about triple price was that “it was hard to hook truck and needed extra time”.
My family has worked with Flint Hills Towing on several occasions, and when we needed a tow off the interstate this morning they were there quickly! Very nice driver who gave us a recommendation on where to take our vehicle when we needed it!

We don’t have a choice when we need assistance with company vehicles and they require a lot of assistance. Flint Hills does our tire changes on the road, tows, and pulls us out of all sort of stuck circumstances. They are quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’m sure when they get our calls they moan and groan but when they arrive they are in good spirits. Yesterday I was in a more scary situation and was relieved to see a smiling face in negative temperatures. Thank you for being so reliable but most of all friendly when we’re stressed out.

Did not use this service as they did not answer my call at 2am. They are not 24-hour service like their ad states!!!!!
We had a box truck break down at a gas station in Emporia and these guys had a mechanic there in no time. From the time I called our truck was functional and back on the road within the hour. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for roadside help.
