I was wait there about 5 hours to change oil, and when i see they dont call me i was enter inside and they told me nobody can do that because they dont have mechanic all day. This is not proffesional !

The worst place ever been to. Guys if your truck needs mechanic please don’t bring it here. It’s waste of money and time. They mechanics watch videos on how yo fix this issue. If you have Volvo they can’t-fix it here. I had a problem with my truck A/C I checked in at 7am they said mechanic is on road service snd will be back in an hour it took hours to have me in inside the bay. I had all the parts with me they only beed to change them that’s it but mechanic couldn’t change it when it was 7 pm he finally said it’s all good but he said there are some bolts he couldn’t find the place to put them in i said these bolts need to keep something tight he said he couldn’t find any place to tight them. Next shift should up and i told them the situation he was a nice guy he opened everything all over and find out something worse he said the last shift mechanic damaged one part and the water was all over my truck floor he said that part need to be changed. Next morning the manager show up instead of saying sorry for that happened to you he just said we won’t get the part today we will get it tomorrow. I missed my appointment and stuck there for 3 days just for three pieces part change. They are fast on changing oil and tires tho but if your truck need mechanical attention don’t bring it here. Mechanics aren’t well experienced it would be waste of time and money. Thanks
The guys at the loves mechanical shop were great. We are from Alabama and broke down in our RV. They spent most the day helping us troubleshoot our problem. All the guys were so nice and so helpful. I highly recommend them!
