Ann Deck provided incredible, concierge-level service for our move from the Twin Cities, Minnesota to Lincoln, Nebraska. The stress of the long distance move was alleviated so much by Ann's personalized service and attention to our family's needs in finding a new home. Throughout the transaction to even after closing, Ann kept track of every detail and connected us with all the necessary services like utilities and contractors for starting our home improvement projects right away. The house she found us is perfect and we are so grateful for her for helping us make it our home. While we don't plan to move for a long time, we will use Ann again when the time comes!

Was referred to Woods Bros. in Seward by loan officer. Originally planned to use Woods Bros because of the great experience my family had in the past with a Woods Bros. agent who has long since retired. Current staff at Woods Bros. filled those shoes amazingly keeping up with outstanding work. Knowing she balances multiple clients at a time, she somehow makes you feel like her only client and her top priority. She was truly tireless, and worked very hard to make sure we saw all of our options. Through our conversations and walk throughs we really got the sense that Joanne was working to know who we are as people, as a couple, and what we needed in a home. She took in all our feedback to really understand what we were looking for, and (as first time home buyers) provided us with an invaluable education on home buying and home maintenance. She is incredibly vigilant with homes coming onto market, and incredibly thoughtful. We have Joanne to thank for finding our first dream home— she found the listing and hurried us over to catch the last ten minutes of the open house and we fell in love right away. Really dissapointed with my house, this company, and the amount of money they charged me (stole) for their services. She did not tell me what all was wrong with it and didnt get me a good deal at all. I overpaid. Then took 7% without even answering me when i asked her the comisson!! Ridicolus!! When i went back later asking for help with the house ive bought her answer was to sell it again (even tho ive mentioned having many problems with it) so therefore i strongly reccomend against this company. They are car salesman and liars. Ovbiously after the money they have no ethics!!!
