Legacy builds very nice medium priced homes. They have some great floor plans and offer options that are usually found in more expensive homes. The only thing that some may object to is that Legacy tends to develop exclusive to them, so you see a lot of homes that have a "similar feel" to them. That being said, with the available options, you should be able to personalize your home to suit your individual needs and style.
