Jorin was fabulous! When my previous buyer's agent had to back out because of a personal emergency, Jorin stepped up to the plate. He came highly recommended by one of my colleagues who moved from out-of-state. She felt Jorin listened to her needs and found her the perfect place - sight unseen! Her townhome is truly beautiful, spacious, reasonably priced, and located in a great neighborhood. My husband and I had a similar experience. When I emailed explaining our situation, Jorin responded super fast. We had a tight timeline and budget (!!), yet Jorin and his team found us a home within about a week. We most appreciated his responsiveness and availability (when he was unavailable one day, a team member showed us a house, preventing any delay in our search). Jorin was also extremely knowledgeable about the area and the buying process. Jorin's negotiating skills helped us land the house despite competing bids, and he explained all of the technical language in our contract. Closing was a breeze. I love my new home and feel lucky to have worked with such a great realtor! My husband and I highly recommend Jorin.

Jorin was beyond helpful in finding our dream home and helped us through the whirlwind 5 day process!! From meeting us twice at the home in the same day :) , to working with the listing agent on our behalf, to returning calls and texts timely, to getting our house listed in 48 hours, to going over offers and selling our house in 9 hours!! We have lived in our first home for almost 12 years so the idea of moving into our forever home felt very overwhelming at first.
