This was my second time buying a home and I had a great experience with Jason. I was the type that liked looking on my own and he gave me space to do that but he also made plenty of suggestions that he thought would be a good fit, which ultimately, I did end up picking a home that he suggested. Also, he didn't try to sell me on any home that we walked through. He was open minded, always asked my thoughts on the properties, and was very thorough when reviewing the quality of the house when we did a walk through. Plenty of the houses didn't amount to what I wanted and he was completely ok with leaving a house knowing it wouldn't amount to me wanting to make an offer. Even after 6 months of looking, he didn't reduce the quality of attention he provided to my home search. I should also mention that I was looking for an FHA loan, which further complicates the process a little because it mandates an inspection and any essential repairs be completed which more and more sellers are avoiding these types of offers but Jason was more than happy to take this on too. During the offering process, he consistently updating me on what was going on and if the seller wanted to counter or needed further explanation on parts of the offer. Finally, right after closing, he provided me with information to get internet, cable, utilities, and trash set up right away and even offered to mow the lawn since the sellers had basically let it go after the initial acceptance of the offer. Having these things provided sure did help reduce the stress of finally making this house my home. I would recommend Jason as a realtor to anyone who is looking to purchase a home!
