As a first time home buyer, I cannot imagine this process with anyone other than Connie Reddish. She knows what she’s talking about and is not here to mess around. As soon as she pulls up to a house she’s already looking for any structural issues, things that would need to be fixed upon moving in, or ways to improve the home value after you make it your own. She is excellent at including you in the discussion of the good and bad of a house and I learned so much from each showing. Multiple times she dropped her evening plans to show me houses I wanted to see that wouldn’t be on the market for long. Her doing so allowed me to buy a house that checked every box I had and even boxes I didn’t know I wanted. I have no doubt that she cares for her clients as if they were her friends and family.
