Oct 10, 2022Hi Caitlin, this is true I send out letters and have helped clients avoid foreclosures using short sales, others we were able to help them get their home sold quickly because of the contacts I have around Lincoln. Real Estate is a big market and I enjoy solving difficult problems sometimes that takes reaching out to connect with people that I don’t yet know. I wish we would have had a chance to meet before leaving this 1-star review.
Cody is one of the best realtors that I have worked with. From the moment we sat down with him to plan our housing future, he was supportive and knew exactly what would work for us. He is very knowledgeable of the market and the trends and can help anyone navigate it. We decided to build our home through him vs buying an existing home. Hearing how stressful building is through others who did not go through Cody, truly made me realize we were blessed with him. He always was able to talk through issues or concerns, and was very flexible in meeting us. I would highly recommend Cody as a realtor!

Cody is a great realtor who knows what he’s doing and cares about the buyer beyond any number. He’s truly in it for you and wants to pursue what’s best for you. He’s not afraid to give caution about a house but will support you in where you want to go. Can’t get much better than Cody.

This guy is awesome! He helped me find what I was looking for and of course I was going on Vacation right then for a week and I tasked him with selling my house before I came home and he knocked it out of the park with an above list price deal. You won't be sorry going with Cody to negotiate one of the biggest events in your life.
