Bri was fantastic while helping us find our perfect first house. And when we had to move out of state Bri made getting it ready to sell a breeze even when we were no where near it to actually do anything ourselves.
Bri is a great realtor! She’s very available and was with us through every step of the process!
Bri is a phenomenal agent. Bri is reliable, competent, direct, honest, transparent, and is a true advocate for clients. Bri sets the bar high and works very hard.
This agent was extremely rude to the buying couple. She was also confrontational with the home inspector. All of the issues that were discovered with the property, she downplayed and outright lied about the manner and cost of fixing these issues. The front walk and stairs were not scooped of the massive snow we recently had. The inspector used a broom he found to clear off the porch so he could come in/out safely. Additionally, she refused to leave the room during the private inspector/home buyer conversation and touted that she had "6 other offers" on the property, implying she was not concerned with the buyers pulling out of the agreement. Finally, when leaving, she left her soda can on the window sill. She is not working for her client or the buyer's best interests.
