Great place with lots of great agents.!
Good place to start your business
NP I never had a problem with. It was my property manager that made things difficult. When I moved in I told my property manager Rita Rickman that I had seen roaches in the hallway & she assured me she would send someone out to spray. It took 2 weeks before annoying came out. A month later I told her the same thing & told her I saw them in the basement where the laundry area was. I even took photos of them and showed her. This time pest control came out after a week. Eventually I didn't see any more bugs. After my year lease was up, I went month to month. Mid February Rita tells me that they aren't going to renew my month to month contract & gave me 30 day notice. A week later I inform Rita that I found a place before the 30th and will be moving out on the 1st. Rita told me that it was fine and she would give me till the 3rd at 5pm to turn the keys in so I could clean and she wouldn't charge me a prorated fee. On the 29th (February) she called me asking me for the keys. She told me that she needed the apartment on the first because she had an emergency living situation come up and now needed them on the first. I told her that wasn't possible because I told her prior that I was gonna move out on the first then planned to come back the next day and clean. She agreed but rushed me clean the apartment the same day I moved out. On the first I moved out and the next day I came back to clean it around 3pm and someone had already moved in to the apartment. I didn't realize that until I had stuck my key I and began to walk in. I was very upset because I kept my apartment up nice and was looking forward to a lot of my deposit back but she didn't hold up her end and allow me to clean the place. During my stay any time I called in a matience issue they drug their feet with it. My sink was clogged for almost a week because of the garbage disposal causing me to not be able to do dishes or cook dinner. I mostly likely will not return to NP dodge because if that's how they are training their employees then I don't want any parts.
